Once again, Mystic Lakes juniors were blessed with wonderful conditions on Sunday July 25th for the annual Snipe Junior regatta, though it took a second attempt as Saturday brought flat calm and blazing sun - and perhaps a tad TOO wonderful breezes, resulting in three capsizes. The quality of races and skills of all the sailors were apparent with close mark-roundings and many photo finishes. Many thanks to Medford's Ed Toomey for chairing the Race Committee and for all the boat owners who loaned their boats out (without incident, I might add!!).
